This happened to me when I had to register....it was uncooperative a couple of times/days I tried it, then one day it just worked fine, so I chalked it up to a server problem.

The button being “grayed out” is normal, despite its appearance you should still be able to interact with it.


If I thought it would work the third time after failing twice I would have waited another day. And, no, you can’t interact with the gray button.
