I have a problem!!!
My computer crashed and I’ve lost everything!!!
Including all my mails, photos, documents,…
I had to buy a new one with another anti-virus program.
But now I want to stop my subscription with Avast but don’t know howto do that because I have nog ID’s…
Can anyone help please!!!

Just so you know, you aren’t forced to use the Antivirus that came wit the new computer.
That antivirus can very easily be removed and if you’re interested, you can continue to use Avast.
