Substitute of Firefox

Good morning folks,

Do any one of you here know a better substitute of firefox, because it has issues on updating to a latest verison. I had firefox 27 and there was an update of 27.0.1. When I update to the very latest version in add/remove it shows me both version of firefox. This happens when I even do a system restore.

I need a better substitute of firefox because I need a web browser that won’t remember it’s browsing history when I log in to SAS forums. Thanks.

I use Pale Moon which is a cleaned up version of FF.

I downloaded and installed FF ESR. Will I have the same issue as before? Will this version be updated on a regular basis from 24.3.0 and onwards? By the way, I installed Flash player plugin.
