[Suggestion] Add Checkbox Next to the Exception Rules

Hi,
Instead of edit/remove and re-add file/folder/url custom exception rules,
can you just add a checkbox or enable/disable option for exceptions?

With this way I can enable/disable my exception rules without removing them.
