Currently the firewall options for “For programs with no defined rules (i.e. programs not listed on the Application Rules page), do the following:” are:
Auto-Decide
Allow
Block
Ask
Letting Avast decide everything always results in loss of functionality. However choosing “Ask” on this page creates nothing but endless nuisance prompts. Please consider the following:
add “Ask Before Blocking”, so that if Auto-Decide wants to block, it asks first, and on the Ask dialog add an option to add the requesting application to the Allowed Apps list.
