The Microphone Monitor feature can track apps or web applications that uses the Microphone like the Webcam Shield feature does. This could be another great privacy feature to prevent apps that are not supposed to have access to the Microphone from using it, unless it was manually authorized or automatically by the application reputation just like the Webcam Shield.
