Suibscription payment made but not accepted by AVAST

A payment was made via my VISA Credit Card for AVAST Cleanup Premium, but I received a mail from AVAST that payment was not received, this is not the first time it has happened, how do I resolve this with AVAST as it seems as though I am communicating with some kind of AI which has no interest in my question, shocking and disgusting as I get the impression that AVAST wants to steal my money and give me nothing in return - please someone, not AI, but a human, help!!!
