Some people for whatever reason experience problems logging on after having registered. I have no idea why this might be, but with firefox I have no such problem, though I have never tried this using IE as I avoid it like the plague.
Would it not be better to use the support forums here, rather than try to get a support ticket.
I also get a blank page. Both using IE6 (barf) and Firefox 3.0.8
Since I paid for the ANTI-VIRUS software, it seems like getting to the support is a reasonable thing to be able to do.
And NOT being able to see the support page MIGHT suggest a virus of some sort??
Ya think??
If you check the forums, you will see lots of posts with people experiencing this problem, why that is I as an avast user don’t know, but most are able to logon, though that doesn’t help you. I don’t believe it is a virus as it wouldn’t only be blocking support.avast.com but the main domain not just a sub-domain and that would be true of the forums also, so that is why I don’t think so.
Do you have cookies blocked at all a long shot I know.
My suggestion of using the support forums was not to disregard your problem but to get the ball rolling.
