How do you follow up on a refund that has not been received.
It’s impossible to log a query as the wonderful support system will allow you to ask for help then only to receive a mail to say if you can’t call please contact our support team directly.
And around and around we go !!!
Yet the issue has not been addressed and at this stage it feels like it never will be.
