I called Avast to cancel my protection this morning (1/19 -which just auto-renewed as of the 5th).
I was told I had to go to the support.avast web pg to start a ticket for the refund process, but after clicking to start a ticket and then clicking “confirm”, nothing happens & I don’t see anywhere that I can see my ticket #.
What happens at this point? Am I contacted by Avast via Email or in my “Account” area on Avast?? How do I find out what my Ticket # is? thank you.
You don’t see a ticket number because you haven’t submitted one.

Now have patience.
It can take a while before they handle your ticket.
If you haven’t heard back in lets say 3 weeks, post your ticket number here.

- gosh I feel bad about that tho. It’s embarrassing how alot of information on a page gets me so confused. Then I try getting help in the wrong places… then … lol
