Support ticket

Does anyone actually work at Avast support? I’ve submitted two
tickets and i’m still waiting for a rep[ly since May 4th.
This has to be the worse customer service i’ve ever come across. >:( >:( >:(

Am i the only person who can’t get a reply from Avast technical support after submitting a ticket? ???

It took about three days for me to get a response. It took about one day when I Emailed Avast Support.

Thanks for the info,i just took your advice and sent an email and to my amazement i got
a reply.But it was an automated one telling me to resubmit my ticket again on their new
customer service page,which i had already done a couple of days ago.

Wow, it’s a good thing I never paid for this program if they don’t even respond back.

I just submitted a support ticket & I hope to gawd they respond & I’m NOT talking a generic response which I hate when companies do that. What a sign of unprofessionalism.

Avast has been preventing me from sending & receiving e-mail I just realized :frowning:
