Hello, my (eee) pc (windows xp) is working but I have some problems that let me think I have some malware or other stuff like this.
For example I cannot create quick start toolbar, I cant start mozilla firefox (internet explorer work but not in all web sites), wifi connections doesn’t work, some files seems to be damaged and other thinks.
I will post Malwarebytes, aswMBR and Otl logs (I had not extras.txt).
I need some help, so thank you!

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

[]Flush DNS
[]Report IE Proxy Settings
[]Reset IE Proxy Settings
[]Report FF Proxy Settings
[]Reset FF Proxy Settings
[]List content of Hosts
[]List IP configuration
[]List Winsock Entries
[]List last 10 Event Viewer log
[]List Installed Programs
[]List Devices
[]List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
[*]List Minidump Files

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Note: When using “Reset FF Proxy Settings” option Firefox should be closed.

THEN

Download and run farbar service scanner

Tick “All” options.
Press “Scan”.
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.

Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Several of your services are not running, what did you do just prior to these problems occurring ?

I have disabled some services (but in the pasts years) because the eeepc is a little slow. For wireless connection I had to use thirdy parts software (asus) because native didn’t work.
This is the first installation since I bought the pc ( 6 or 7 years). Maybe its time to format and reinstall again.

I must admit that XP does benefit from a fresh install every few years, we can try to fix it but no guarantees
