Suspected false positive win32 malware-gen

I have tried to report what I believe to be a false positive to Avast telephone support but they don’t seem to want to know.
I have checked the suspect file with Jotti and most “found nothing” whilst 2 found other problems with the file.
Don’t Avast want to know about false positives
