I’ve found this website oninstagram.com which seems to be a website deticated for viewing photos and images found on Instagram. I’ve checked it trough few online scanners and pretty much all of them show clean, but Quttera shows lots of “Potentially suspicious” javascripts.
The site owner should fix things.

Yes JQuery script libraries to be retired, but there is more insecurity and vulnerability on that site and the server it runs on is of an older type and hackable.
