I have monitored a suspicious file on my system found in all drives and name is pcxis.exe. It all discovered when suddenly in noticed i can’t view the hidden files or folders despite all my tries. AVAST 5.0 didn’t showed any warning sign as well.
using command prompt i tried to search for hidden files and found this pcxis.exe file, i tried to search for this file on net but couldn’t. i hope avast might have reported it as suspecious file as after i removed its attrib, AVAST detected it on C drive and deleted it on my request.
This file maybe related to this as Prevx detects it as Cloaked Malware/Malicious Software.
