I keep getting reports from avast that a file named webaccountcc.exe is a suspicious file from the systems folder and that i don’t need to do anything …
Do i need to be worried that webaccountcc.exe is acting suspiciously? what is the file and what does it do? is it meant to be in the folder or should i remove this file??? I attempted to look up this file name on google. though it will not allow me to find anything about it… (and i thought google was good… lol)
I just found the file and even though avast and windows explorer found that file… when i went to click on the file… avast popped up again with the same warning… the explorer window then told me it could not find that same file when i went to upload it after testing it to verify if it is a bad file and it is now gone…
Weird…
Not my lack of search skills… google is supposed to be the best … remember… lol. .it boast it can find anything and everything remember?.. lol…
Anyway i put it in the form of a question and did not just put the file name by itself…
None the less it still does not mention why avast started warning me about the easyface2 program file and then why it just suddenly disappeared…
I do not know whether you realize this. .though one has to click on the file to upload it as well… and i was checking to see if avast was going to give the same message as before… If the creators don’t think avast is good enough to keep protecting my pc… i can always change antivirus programs…
And why would you need virustotal on a different webpage when it is another anti virus program from my understanding… isn’t that what avast is?? and finally the file has disappeared … so i can only assume i can no longer do anything about it and that the hard drive must be getting old…

No security program have 100% detection or zero false positives
Virustotal is a multi (57 engines) AV engine check … almost evry AV vendor is member there
Since it is not only about the av’s but also the settings used,
it is best to test the file not only at VT but also at one or more other places like: http://virscan.org/ http://virusscan.jotti.org/
