suspicious HKEY

I found following keys in my computer using regedit:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\楖敤䱯乁嘮䍌汐杵湩.1
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\楖敤䱯乁嘮䍌汐杵湩.2
each containing a folder named CLID.
these keys contain data with same character set that I’m unable to read. I don’t know how, when an why these keys were registred.

Is it safe to remove them?
