SVC: swcust removal issues

Having an issue with a PC that has a rootkit that will not remove or is being falsely reported. Below is the AdwCleaner:

Best run in order listed.

When done malware removers will over the logs.

Already in the process of running through it atm.

Will continue till finished.

Roguekiller wont start on a windows 7 pc.

Rogue Killer is not needed in your case. Its just for Hard drive things when you cannot see your files, programs etc.

Hi that appears to be your ZeroCD Sierra Wireless, and the alert is on the null values… Have you tried to disable it recently ?

Do you mean disable the warning or disable the wireless software ?

Disable the wireless software. As the data is null which is like a red flag to Avast. However, it is a false positive
