svchost.exe (english)

Sorry for repeating threat, i wrote the first one in spanish.
My problem is that avast keeps showing that blocked svchost.exe infection, popping more than 15 times. I analized computer with windows malware removal tool, malwarebytes, avast, but everything says it’s clean. What could i do? Thanks !

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

CreateRestorePoint: EmptyTemp: CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

PS: I analyzed svchost.exe with Metascan and it found Trojan.Girtk.TJS.nlms.mg on Filseclab. Should I worry?
