svchost.exe (netsvcs) using too much bandwidth

hello, good sirs. i frequently notice in resmon, processes with network activity, that a certain svchost.exe (netsvcs) is using up almost full bandwidth. i’m a little inexperienced with this but i did some digging. they say its probably windows updating automatically, but i turned it off. and still the same. i checked the address, 124.106.174.178. i traced it and seems like it’s from somewhere else in my country. don’t really know whats going on. can anyone enlighten me? thanks a lot!

if you want a virus check, follow instructions and attach (not copy and paste) Malwarebytes and OTL diagnostic logs https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

I don’t know what just happened but i think i fixed it. I disabled SSDP Discovery Service. Not sure if it has something to do with the problem. But if crap hits the fan again, i’ll do that. Thanks for the reply.
