svchost.exe reduled.info removal help

Keep getting a popup block from avast saying that reduled.info MAL url has been blocked - happens sometimes when I open an internet connection and when I try to connect using Cisco VPN connection.

I’ve tried running avast scans, malwarebytes scan, adwCleaner, but something is still getting left behind… how can I fully remove this?

Follow the steps here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 and attach the logs in this thread

Here are the logs…

Could you let me know if this stops it
