svchost.exe url mal

Avast keep popping up “svchost.exe url mal malicious url” warning.
It says “it’s blocked” and a green logo appears but this happens all the time, i searched the forums and this problem sounds like a serious one to me and in every topic, they said open a new topic (due to this problem has a specific solution for every single pc).
What should i do, whats the risks? Should i keep using my computer as a normal during this process? Like logging in to my accounts and buy stuff on internet with credit card? Currently im not doing them.
Please help :frowning:

Follow instructions as all the others did https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Thanks Pondus,
but after installing, updating, tick for rootkit, and scanning it asked me to restart as its a stage of removal, i clicked “yes” and after restart, there were no pop ups by avast for url mal, and also malware did not ask me to save the log file and didnt show me any report about the scan.
Is the problem gone?

And what does picture nr 4 show, and text under it read all instructions, then continue with next tool

I cant conutinue cause a log file or a report that includes an option to save log file didnt appear, beside that ive restarted my computer 3 times after that, not a single avast warning popped up.
Should i ignore that i couldnt get a log file a conutinue?

if you see in pic 4 you will see that Malwarebytes log is stored inside the program and how to find it and save it…

if not able to find it, continue with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool diagnostic logs … they are the important one

Okay, malware didnt show me a report or any other thing like that as i mentioned,
These are the log files that i can get,
Thanks in advance

I don’t suppose you can remember the file name

First of all, such a great community thanks for all,
which file name do you suppose i dont remember? maybe i can file, avast said infected one is svchost.exe,

and the log file is on the attachment

lets try to find that MBAM log

open malwarebytes > at top right you should see a history button … click it
on left side now should show two buttons, quarantine and application logs … click it
you should now have a list of logs and one with the name scan log … double click the scan log name

log should now open, in lower left corner is a export button > select text file …name it, save it and attach it here

malwarebytes is a program recomended to keep as a extra scanner … user guide here https://www.malwarebytes.org/support/guides/mbam/

Done ^^

OK I can see the culprit that MBAM removed, are you having any further problems ?

Well the only problem i was having, every damn time i start up my computer, avast warning was popping up saying “infection blocked”, after malware scan it has gone,
should i try something to look for if any problem occurs or not?

Yes reboot and if the alert appears again could you take a screenshot of the Avast popup and also let me know of any other problems

the problem seems to be gone, thank you very much

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

I have done all you said, and everything working just fine until i need to download a game via torrent,
malware blocked the torrent ip adress, when i click the torrent file i downloaded, it said the program is blocked by group policy,
then i try to reinstall torrent, after installation it wasnt placed in program files, root was in my users appdata, after that i went to control panel and tried to uninstall torrent, it said you have not sufficient access to uninstall this program, i’ve tried other programs to uninstall and it was ok, the problem appearing only on torrent, i manually uninstalled the torrent by deleting the root from my appdata,
I’ve also tried to install another torrent client, but same things happened again, why is this happening? I was using torrent without any problems. Is this kind of a virus or something like that or my system is over protecting?

When you installed Cryptoprevent did you allow it to whitelist the files in appdata

Well no, but i’ve solved my issue using safe mod and deleting the keys under the folder safer/codeidentifiers/0/paths
