svchost.exe virus tryed everything help please

ok just yesterday i started to get the popup by avast.

Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe

an i look it taskman an the svhost keeps hiting 100% cpu

i tryed everything to fix from quick scan,full scan, boot scan.
tryed all kinds of rootkit killers from.

adwcleaner.exe
aswMBR.exe
OTL.exe
tdsskiller.exe
FSS.exe
aswar.exe
ComboFix.exe
RogueKiller.exe

but nothings working.
i added a pic to show you.

Whilst I check the logs was the cure option available in TDSSKiller for this item \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 ( Rootkit.Boot.Harbinger.a )

If this is not a legal copies of windows then I will not be able to help AntiWPA_Crypt.dll

it is a real copy of windows its the same windows on it when i got the laptop from walmart.

how can i prove it? give you my windows key in pm or somthing?

i will let you know how everything is.
my firewall is back.
an avast is not doing that popup same for Malwarebytes .
do you think i can uninstall Malwarebytes now as it uses 50% cpu all the time.

svchost.exe is not running at 100% cup. and no popups.

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Run OTL
[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

:Commands [resethosts] [emptytemp] [CLEARALLRESTOREPOINTS] [Reboot]

[*]Then click the Run Fix button at the top
[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done

Remove ComboFix
[*]Hold down the Windows key + R on your keyboard. This will display the Run dialogue box
[*]In the Run box, type in ComboFix /Uninstall
(Notice the space between the “x” and “/”)
then click OK

]A message should appear confirming that ComboFix was uninstalled

Run OTL and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself.

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
