Switched to MAC and Secureline Doesn't Work

Hello. I had a license for SecureLine in my Windows laptop but now I switched to Macbook and I cannot get my SecureLine activated. I wrote to Avast support and they don’t help.

When I try to activate with activation code or with my Avast account, I get this error: Something went wrong. We were not able to activate this subscription with your Avast account. Please contact customer support.

Do you have a multi-device license…!?
