Sygate Alert on Avast.setup v. 4.1.342

The following alert cropped up during the latest program update (3.1.342). Seem like I’ve someone else post something similar recently. There is nothing wrong with the Avast setup. It just a firewall alert because the update program wants to send out.

That’s always a good way to check that your fire is working properly. If any new program si installed, or changed ever so slightly your firewall should confirm this to you and ask for permissions again. If it did not do this, then a Trojan or a virus could be sent to your computer and could hook up to an outside line and use your past permission with the same name as another program, such es explorer.exe or others without your knowledge. A firewall that does NOT ask you for permissions for changing programs is a potential LEAK and is a sign that your firewall isn’t doing what it should do.
