I have sync turned on on both machines. My bookmarks synced, my tabs are not syncing. Any clues why (this option is turned on)?
Where are tabs stored? I can move them manually if sync won’t work.

have you looked into Three dots → History (CTRL+H) and in the left pane TABS FROM OTHER DEVICES ?
History of opened tabs from other devices should be there after sync…
