Syren not turning off

I think I have read all the topics about the problems with disabling the syren but each of them ends with no solution.

I removed the sim card because I had bought a new phone. The syren went off, message was sent to my friend, I got the pin, the syren stopped but then I removed the sim card again and after turning the old phone on, the syren went off again.

I even factory reset the phone but the syren is still going off.

I also removed my device from the account thinking that it would help.

Can I just put any sim card to stop the syren?

How do I disable this alarm? My old phone is useless because of that.

Thanks for the link and fast responses but:

1.) I can’t open my avast app because of the syren

2.) I can’t sue the alternative method of resetting the PIN because I removed the device from my account.

They can’t help me as I have no licence, I am using a free avast product.
