System 32-cannot move to chest

I have a Win32:Trojan-gen{other} virus worm 081115-1. It was found when I ran the boot time scan. It is in System 32:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpv361226787064.cpx$SHELL[17]\GetModule27.exe

I choose to move it to chest, the reply I got was: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
What do I do now?
