Windows 7 infected w System Care 7.3.33.
Totally locked down but I can access Windows. F8 does not work.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Just a quick update: I managed to Rkill the bug (I’ll tell you how if anyone’s interested) despite being completely locked down. Currently running Malwarebytes and about to load Hitman Pro. Wish me luck!
Going to try and see if safe mode boot is now possible.
