Can someone check my files please.

I’ve been getting the svchost.exe at 25% randomly for ~3 minutes every time. When I check what service it’s attached to, 9 times out of 10 it’s the “Browser” service. Just wanted to see if it’s anything that’s non-windows related.

MAMB did pick up some FF PUPs (haven’t used firefox in months)

Did you set the proxy on your computer ?

ProxyServer: [S-1-5-21-4100055339-3037098459-3798699050-1000] => localhost:8080

Not intentionally no… Would Visual Express install one? I do see it in Internet Explorer>Options>Connections>LAN Settings, is that it? I’ve removed it, it wasn’t ticked anyway.

Just did a netstat -a and can’t see a listening 8080 port.

NB. Is it worth running Malwarebytes along side Avast?
