System Files Infected?

Hi everyone not sure if this is a false positive but Avast is showing some of my system files are infected by MSIL:BitCoinMiner-B[Trj]

Not sure what to do the files are

System32\Config\RegBack\SYSTEM
System32\Config\SYSTEM
System32\wdi\LogFiles\ShutdownCKCL.etl
System32\winevt\Logs\System.evtx
\Temp\BSYSTEM

Only show up during boot time scan. Using System repair utility no files are being replaced.
Malwarebytes shows them being clean and also nothing comes up for Kaspersky TDSS Killer and I also ran combofix.

Also after running boot time scan for the second time they are not showing up as infected but when I navigate to them and scan with avast it shows up as infected. First time I’ve had problems with System files…

Thanks for any help.

Also thought id add something strange. After taking ownership of config\SYSTEM it no longer shows up as infected?

if you want a malware check

follow instructions and attach logs (not copy and paste) http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

run in order listed
AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

when done, removal experts will be notified and help you
when finish, all tools used will be removed

I’ll have the logs uploaded tonight.
