System icon context menu 'Show last popup message' not working.

Hello

A couple of days ago I used the context menu item ‘Show last popup message’. I got an error message that I didn’t understand, so i closed it. Since then the context menu item ‘Show last popup message’ has been grey. The virus definitions has been updated today, so the menu item should be active.
I have repaired the installation and rebooted my computer, but that didn’t help.

Virus definitions version 131030-0
Windows 7 64bit

How do I get the context menu item back?
