Hallo zusammen,

es geht um den Laptop meiner Mutter.
Seit drei Tagen läuft er total langsam. Beim eintippen der Buchstaben braucht es drei vier Sekunden bevor sie auf dem Bildschirm erscheinen. Im Internet geht kaum noch was.
Da ich nichts anderes finden kann, vermute ich irgendeinen Schädlingsbefall.
Sie nutzt den Rechner fuer surfen und Fernsehen im Netz. SIe installiert eigentlich keine neuen Programme und kann selbstverständlich auch nicht sagen, was sie gemacht hat, bevor es langsamer wurde. :slight_smile:
Ich habe jedenfalls mal die entsprechenden logs erstellt und angehängt. Wuerde mich freuen, wenn es sich jemand anschauen könnte. Habe eigentlich keien Lust das System komplett neu aufzusetzen.

Also das Malwarebytes Log schaut mal nicht schlimm aus, nur ein PUP im Papierkorb ;)überprüf mal das System mit AdwCleaner, lade den runter, beende vorher dem Avast Echtzeitschutz, starte AdwCleaner als Administrator, mach Suchlauf, schau dann den Bericht an und wenn es Funde/Infizierungen gibt betätige den Button löschen und lass danach das System neu starten.

i have done what you said, but until now the system is running still very very slow, like before.
Here is the log,maybe this helps.

ich habe zwei fotologs von den Betriebszuständen und Temperaturen von Grafikkarte und Core angehangen. Kannst du damit was anfangen? Wenn was nicht i.O. ist, was kann man dann machen?

Is it also slow on boot ?

If so lets try a clean boot to see if there is a conflict somewhere

In the search box type Msconfig and select the programme that appears at the top

1.In the System Configuration Utility dialog box, click Selective Startup on the General tab.

3.Click the Services tab.
4.Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.

I have done what you said.
The system is still very slow.
When i start the msconfig a again, some programms are still marked as enable. They are all from avira. Avira planer, Avira echtzeitscanner, Avira browser schutz, avira emailschutz.
Is this normal?

Falls Avira installiert ist oder war, könnte das der Grund für dein Problem sein.

The only virusprogramm ist avira so i should not delete it. I believe so…:wink:

But what else can be the reason. Interesting is, that my father have the same probleme, nearly at the same time. He has a comparable system.

Happend a update ore something the last weeks for win7?
