I checked on Avast Firewall and System showed up like this

Is the file compromised?

And if you copy paste that Chinese in to Google translate you get what?

It’s a bug which Avast are aware about, there are a few other topics about this. From memory I think there is a bug fix in play.

When is this bug going to be fixed? And are you sure it is a bug? It’s even showing up after I did a clean install of Windows 10.

I’m not an Avast Team member, but an Avast User, just like you, I can’t answer that question.

It shows up on mine if I go hunting.
