I am trying to backup my Windows to my hard drive recovery partition.
I install avast free, and then run sysprep to make factory fresh image
After first account setup in Windows OOBE, I see avast welcome message in system tray.
The problem is, on every single system reboot afterwards, I see the same avast welcome message in system tray.
It does not recognize that I am not a new user, and that this is not a new installation anymore.
How do you stop avast from showing this welcome message repeatedly?

Hi: Have you tried an Avast repair and reboot?
For a repair of Avast.
Windows, Add Remove programs, select ‘Avast!’ click the Change/Remove button from the pop-up window, scroll down to Repair, click next and follow instructions/reboot.
