After I do a scan, I get ( D:System Volume Information\loading.bmp) Result unable to scan.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think you need to worry about it as it doesn’t looks harmful.
Files that can’t be scanned are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
