https://ta-m.avast.com/maps.srv server is down, when will it be operational again?

If you want to “track” the device, https://my.avast.com is working fine for me.

Thanks for your suggestion. The phone doesn’t support Android OS version 2.2 (Froyo) so unable to access this way.

I have the same problem… no reaction of website… no comment…

I confirme, https://ta-m.avast.com/maps.srv server is down from some day, and https://my.avast.com is working.

But I localize the phone basically with SMS, because the phone many times is not connected to Internet.

All we are waiting for answer from Avast!

Also because the SMS of answer: https://ta-m.avast.com/maps.srv?l=it&i=zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz&ll=yy.yyyyyy,xx.xxxxxxxxxx ac=4&ap=0 is standard and cannot be changed, locating direcly on Google Maps, so we are forced to copy & paste co-ordinates directly on maps…

I tested some things and I can get to the backbone in the Czech Republic but there it stops.
The host for avast is http://www.hetzner.de
In theory (at least) I should be able to reach them when tracking/tracing but I can’t.
So where the problem exactly is…
I am not sure.
To me it looks the problem is at the host, but I don’t know for sure.
