According to AVAST pop block windowtabtip32.exe is attempting to go to
http//aaukqiooaseseuke.org.
How do I delete that?
I have done a thorough scan, but avast says I am clean?

Redirect site is malicious indeed. You cannot let that go away or go into denial, as this is a valid detection and TabTip32 became malware infested somehow.
