Task Bar icon showing that I am not protected

I renewed in Aug 2016 and received an email with an order ID. I just noticed yesterday that the icon on my task bar says I am not protected. I see in the FAQ that a person can fix that by right clicking on icon and inserting the activation code or license. All I have is an order ID. I went to tech support area and could not see where I could put in a ticket to fix this. What should I do?
