When I attempted to scan a certain folder that was previously infected, the scan wouldn’t start. I got a message to view the report file for the last scan. The report file says “task stopped, run time 0 seconds”.
what would cause this to happen? thanks for any help.
if it was not a very big folder the runtime may well dislay as 0 seconds
i just did a test with a folder containing a couple of small text files and the runtime was 00:00:00 974kbs
