Hi Guys!
I’m new to this form. I’m using presently avast! Anti Virus 4.7. In the “help”, i find there is a topic called “Virus Page” where you can set default settings when you find a virus during a virus scan… But i’m not able to find that option in my Anti virus… Can you please help to find it out ??

Well, that’s the way it is, I am afraid; you may call it a limitation of the Home Edition of avast!. In the Professional Edition, you can configure the task to perform automatic actions (or, don’t do anything).
In the Home version, you may check the “Don’t show again” checkbox in the Virus warning dialog - but only after the first virus has been found (because you won’t see the virus dialog until then).

How much does it cost to buy Professional edition… Please let me know?
Is it worth buying ? Will it remove all the viruses in my system ?
And again will it slow my system like Norton ?

I think it worth. It will add scheduling and automatic manage of viruses for you, among other advantages.

Not a software is perfect. The detection rate of the Professional version is the same as the Home. So, I won’t make a false advertise to you. You don’t need to buy the Pro if you want protection/cleaning, the Home will be enough.
For sure not. avast is much much better than Norton in this point. Norton is a resource hog.
