Full error: TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.

I’m on XP SP3 and I don’t know what this means, but I looked in my logs out of curiosity really and saw the last few days had two of these, one came from out of nowhere and the other came on a second after my uPnP started, I checked my settings and a new firewall exception was added that came from my Pidgin Instant Messenger, I think.

Anyways, after doing a secure scan for any viruses or changes in my system I’ve come up with nothing, I did a scan with Malwarebytes, Avast and an Avast Rootkit scan and Boot Scan. All results came back clean.

Should I just assume this is nothing to be worried, like I said, I don’t really know what it means but the windows help thing said it might mean my connection was compromised and is trying to infect others, I did the netstat -no and found nothing suspicious on it, as far as I could tell. So I don’t really know what could be causing this to have shown up twice now.

I don’t use any kind of torrents or anything like that, I wasn’t even able to be on my computer for the last few days due to the bad weather, I had no power, so I have no idea if this is an infection where it came from and I haven’t really noticed any active change in my connection, it’s not gotten any better or worse, so I’m not sure what it could mean.
