telepítési probléma

Nem tudom telepiteni a próbaidőszakra a programot ,mert ezt írja:A(z) Avast Security már telepítve van. Először távolítsa el az előző verziót.

Már mindenhonnan töröltem,újra inditottam a rendszert,de továbbra sem engedi telepiteni.

Mi ilyenkor a teendő?

As far as I’m aware, you can’t continually keep trying the trial version if you have used it before. Is that what you are trying to do ?

You would have to completely remove it. This would require the use of Avast Clear uninstall function, run from Safe mode or elements would still remain. This may be what is being found.

1. • Download the avast! Uninstall Utility, avastclear.exe Avast Removal Tool | Download Avast Clear | Avast and save it to your HDD. Make a note of the steps required or print the page.
2. • I don’t know how successful this would be if you have previously installed a trial version, as when you come to register it then the details you give could be recognised as having used the Avast Trial before.

Köszönöm a válaszod! A prémium csomagot akartam telepíteni de nem engedte .Kérte töröljem a free csomagot. Próbáltam a cleart ,amit ajánlottál de nem segített

So is Avast Free still installed on your system ?

Because running Avast Clear requires a system restart in safe mode so it can clear everything out. Or the Avast self-defence will prevent this being done.

Then the reboot after that should have no remnants of Avast Free, enabling the trial installation.

Yes you could do a regular windows uninstall, but that is likely not to completely clear everything out.
