Tests to verify phone has been set up correctly

Avast Mobile Security is installed on my Android phone. Following information listed on page 19 in your User Guide, I went to my phone’s Anti-Theft screen where it lists Basic and Advanced Settings. I scrolled to the bottom, hoping to find the various tests that would show if my phone is working or not. They are not there. Any suggestions? Thanks.

you mean testing my.avast.com account connectivity? go to basic settings → account → there you’ll find the option.

In the User Guide, it mentions four tests “to verify that your phone has been set up correctly and will behave in the way expected.” The tests are:

Send test SMS
Simulate lock
Simulate theft event
Clear SIM list

I cannot find these tests in any of my menus.

just push the menu button on the main screen of Anti-Theft.

I have checked and rechecked and rechecked again. I stll cannot find the following tests:

Send test SMS
Simulate lock
Simulate theft event
Clear SIM list

Could this have something to do with the fact that my phone will not allow me to remove the Smart Device Manager that Avast says I need to remove?

Thanks.

i told you PRESS THE MENU BUTTON in the main screen. Do you know the menu button?

Sorry for the delay in answering. I found the information, and all is well. Thanks for your help.
