I recently rolled out Endpoint Protection Suite to a testbed of users.
Some of these users are secretaries who create draft emails for their bosses and, once it’s been agreed, sends it on their behalf.
Some have reported that, since the rollout, these draft emails get sent and when viewed in the sent items folder, they are blank. They have retained any attachments that may have been included.
I suggested they send them as Plain Text, and the sent items retain the text. This is not practical as we have a formal company signature, which also goes as plain text.
We are using:
MS Server 2008 R2 standard SP1
Exchange 2010
Outlook 2007
XP SP3 and W7 Pro
Avast Business Protection (program version 1.1.131.7 - database version 1277)
Avast Endpoint Protection Suite version 7.0.1438
Can you suggest a fix for this please?
