thank you avast tech support!

i just wanted to take a brief moment to publicly thank avast tech support on their extremely rapid response to a false positive i reported earlier this morning. within just a few hours of creating a support ticket they had updated virus definitions available which no longer detect the false positive.

i am extremely impressed by the promptness with which i received help, and updated virus definitions! i’m not at all sure any of the big “paid” antivirus software companies would have been so quick to respond.
