I subscribed to the 60-day free trial without having an account, I entered my card details and an email, then I created an account with that same email address, but now that 60-day free trial is not showing up in my account, why are they not linked? Or what happened?

If you are unable to see your Avast free trial then you need to connect to the customer service via call or chat to explain the problem. By doing that you can raise a problem and save yourself from unnecessary charges when the trial period compels.
Unfortunately this is very hit and miss depending on your location there may not be telephone support for that area. The Support Centre site is somewhat of a disappointing circular maze.
