When I try to download a new license opens the “Authorization” window requesting a password. None of my knowledge the password is invalid, what should I do, or where I can get to work your password.
Avast Pro Antivirus password Yes, I know, but it is not valid.

What do you mean with new license ?
If you set a password for Avast and can’t remember it, You’ll need to totally remove it and do a clean install.
