What Snowden (and a few others) now have revealed is nothing new.
It is just the media that currently are making a hype of it.
It is happening for 35+ years with electronic technology.

The Chinese, Romans, Greek etc had already spies in their own (and other countries) to keep the leaders informed of what the “normal” citizens where doing.

The NSA has no right to spy on anyone except people they suspect are terrorists. The very facts that they have spied on other nations could cause a World War and I think they are all idiots for trying that. With or without the permission of that country.

This type of spying isn’t only corried on by the NSA and other agencies in this country.
It is just as prevalent in other countries all over this world.

Valid point, bob3160, all governments and all big corporations all over the globe is data spying all the time all of the time.
These are facts and we have to come and live with this reality now. Thank those that opened our eyes to it ;D .

But “the day we fight back” phenomenon helped to produce some real superb cartoons!

Advice: whenever you venture out on the Interwebs, read or post something, realize you are completely transparent to surveillance and profiling.
So act accordingly. Be responsible to yourself and others.

P.S. And sorry that again the States is mainly being blamed for it.
When you are out in the wind, you catch some of the breeze!

As they say resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.

You have two choices, use the internet or don’t use the internet. And remember what you put on the internet is essentially printing in public.

Spying… :o
Funny how that works, when you make up the game, you get to control the rules
