ive just reinstalled avast and i cant use the cleanup part which i have paid for because of this license nonsense. ive paid for this and i want to use it and you are stopping me because you are trying to con people into buying another ‘license’.
ive done everything i can and i cannot get this rubbish to work. ive wasted loads of time on this now not to mention having to write this because you cant manage your software properly.
GIVE ME WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR for and stop messing me around and stop lying to people with this license nonsense you thieves.
if you bothered to read that thread you would see that it took intervention from an employee to sort the persons problem out so what the point of you linking the thread to me?
I strongly suggest you change your language if you want help/find a solution.
It is more likely you will get a ban than help the way you are acting now.
avast is not conning people.
avast is not lying.
avast are not thieves.
A activation code is not the same as a license (file).
The activation code can only be used a small amount of times, after that you need to use the license file.
If that for whatever reason neither are not working, you will need to submit a ticket.
Keep in mind that avast employees are people.
No-one is perfect and mistakes be made, software can have bugs…
